Let's get in the cab. I'll buy you a kebab.
1 lb lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic, put through a garlic press
1 quarter of medium red onion, grated or minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tsp dried parsley)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Thoroughly mix garlic, onion,
parsley and spices with ground beef using hands. Line a rimmed baking
sheet with foil and spray the foil lightly with cooking spray. Form
the meat into 16 oval shaped meatballs and arrange them on the foil.
Bake the meatballs in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
